Drawing upon my expertise in design and staging, I will select the best combination of furniture and accessories to enhance existing design features and ensure your home represents a lifestyle that buyers want. I manage all aspects of the process from delivery to the placement of any rented furniture pieces and decorative items, to make sure your home stands out in the crowd!

 
 

Consultation

Consultation fees are charged at a flat rate of $200 CAD. I will guide you, room by room, providing you with the necessary steps needed to stage your own home and create an outstanding first impression on buyers.

  • Some rooms may only require a little bit of redesign while others require more extensive changes to be ready to impress buyers. Each room will receive a detailed assessment of suggested changes to make it more appealing to the market. This may include the following:

    • decluttering
    • repairs and painting
    • cleaning
    • furniture arrangement and décor

    *If you’ve opted to purchase Full Staging Services, the consultation is already included and will be reflected in your proposal.

 
 
 
 
 

Full Staging

The full staging option is perfect for empty or occupied properties—I will tailor my services to meet your needs. The plan is always to create a perfectly staged property by doing the following:

  • de-cluttering and re-arranging

  • minor renovations and remodelling

  • furniture rental

  • staging of all rooms

  • decorating and styling

  • After the initial consultation, I provide a detailed proposal and estimate to fully stage your home. Upon review of the proposal, you can choose to opt out of certain offerings before moving forward, to ensure my services perfectly meet your needs.

    I will take care of all the details with your realtor from start to finish. My main goal is to transform the property so it creates an outstanding first impression on buyers by presenting them with the ‘ready-to-move-in’ home they’ve always dreamed of.
