Consultation
Consultation fees are charged at a flat rate of $200 CAD. I will guide you, room by room, providing you with the necessary steps needed to stage your own home and create an outstanding first impression on buyers.

Some rooms may only require a little bit of redesign while others require more extensive changes to be ready to impress buyers. Each room will receive a detailed assessment of suggested changes to make it more appealing to the market. This may include the following:
• decluttering
• repairs and painting
• cleaning
• furniture arrangement and décor*If you’ve opted to purchase Full Staging Services, the consultation is already included and will be reflected in your proposal.
Full Staging
The full staging option is perfect for empty or occupied properties—I will tailor my services to meet your needs. The plan is always to create a perfectly staged property by doing the following:

staging of all rooms

After the initial consultation, I provide a detailed proposal and estimate to fully stage your home. Upon review of the proposal, you can choose to opt out of certain offerings before moving forward, to ensure my services perfectly meet your needs.
